Livy · A guide for support colleagues

Find someone’s support plan

Everything in Livy happens inside one person’s record, so the first thing you do is choose whose plan you’re looking at, then find the document you need. This guide walks you through it. Once you’ve done it once, it’ll feel like second nature.

01

Start at your dashboard

When you log in you land on your dashboard. The first move is always to pick whose record you’re working in. Tap the dropdown just beneath the greeting to open the list of People We Support you can see.

02

Search for the person

Start typing a name and the list narrows as you go. Tap the person to switch into their record.

If there’s a yellow banner, use it

When you have plans waiting to be read, a yellow banner appears near the top telling you how many documents are waiting. Tap Review to go straight to them.

No banner? Use Care Plan

If there’s no banner, or you want to look back at plans you’ve already signed, tap Care Plan in the bottom bar. This route is always there.

The dashboard with an arrow pointing to Care Plan in the bottom navigation bar, which is circled. Label: No banner? Tap Care Plan in the bottom bar.
Two ways in. The banner is a shortcut that only shows when something’s waiting for you. Care Plan in the bottom bar is always there, so when in doubt, use that.
05

Find the right document

The left panel lists every document linked to this person. There are two ways to get to the one you want. You can search by the document’s name, or you can filter by tag. Tags group documents by topic, so if you only want anything about medication, for example, tap that tag and the list narrows to just those. The tags you’ll see are Emergency Protocols, Support Plans, Risk Assessments, Medication, Health, Communication, Planning Tools and Health & Safety. You can also filter to Unread to show only what still needs reading, and a green Accepted badge means you’ve already signed that one.

The Care Plan screen. The left panel has a document search box, All and Unread filters, and a Key Documents list showing a Crisis Plan tagged Emergency Protocols. Arrows point to the search box and the list. Label: Search, Unread filter, topic tags and Accepted badge.
