In Livy, colleagues confirm they have read and understood a document by accepting it. Accepted means a colleague has confirmed it; Pending means they haven’t yet. There are two ways to check, so use whichever suits the moment.
For managers only. Support colleagues can’t see this information.
Best when you’re already looking at one document.
With the document open, tap the people icon in the top right to see who it has been assigned to.
The Accepted tab lists the colleagues who have confirmed they’ve read and understood this document, along with the date they did.
The Pending tab lists the colleagues who haven’t accepted it yet.
Best for the picture across your whole service.

This card shows how many of the People We Support have their documents signed off. Click View details to drill in.
On the percentages
The acceptance rate here is a new feature and still being fine-tuned, so a figure over 100% can show up (nobody is 184% compliant, much as we'd love it). Lean on the Accepted and Pending counts rather than the rate for now.
Each Person We Support is listed with the number of documents linked to them.
Expand a name to see every document, with how many colleagues have accepted and how many are still pending.
