How to

Read and respond to comments.

Colleagues can leave comments on any document. There are two ways to find them: from your notifications, or by opening the document yourself. Pick whichever fits how you’re working. However you get there, reading and replying works the same way.

From the bell

When a colleague leaves a comment, you’ll see it in your notifications.

A red dot appears on the bell icon in the top right when you have unread notifications. The dot is your signal that something needs your attention.
