Tagging adds a category to a document so colleagues can find similar things quickly. We’ve started with a basic set – Emergency Protocols, Support Plans, Risk Assessments, Medication, Health, Communication, Planning Tools, Health & Safety. We’d welcome feedback on additions during testing.
Pinning marks a document as a key document. Pinned documents always appear at the top when anyone is viewing the Person We Support’s plan, so the most important things are easy to find on shift.
Opens the document for reading. You can see the content, the version history on the left, and basic actions across the top.
Use this when something in the document has changed. The form prompts you to add a change description so colleagues know what’s new. Previous versions are kept so nothing is lost.
Removes the document and all of its previous versions. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Livy will ask you to confirm before deleting.
