The People Document Summary
On your overview, this card shows how many colleagues have read and signed off their care documents across your service – with an acceptance rate so you can see the headline figure at a glance.

See the detail
Person by person, document by document
Each Person We Support and each document is broken down clearly. The green column shows colleagues who have accepted, and the yellow column shows who’s still pending. You can see at a glance who needs a nudge or a conversation.
