Finding a document on someone’s record.

There are three ways to find what you’re looking for in the Support Document tab. Use whichever fits how you’re working.

Method 1

Scroll

Documents are grouped by category on the Support Document tab. If you have a rough idea of where it sits – risk assessments, health, planning tools – scrolling is often the quickest way.

Method 2

Search

The search bar at the top of the document list filters by document name. Type a few letters and the list narrows as you go.

Best for Knowing what it’s called
Method 3

Tags & categories

The category chips above the list – Emergency Protocols, Support Plans, Risk Assessments, Medication, Health, Communication, Planning Tools, Health & Safety – filter to just one type at a time.

Best for Knowing the type, not the name
