A short walkthrough of how to set who a colleague reports to in Livy. Move through with the arrows below, the dots, or your keyboard.
Sign in to Livy. You’ll land on the dashboard, which gives an at-a-glance view of your organisation. From here, head into the Users area.
Select Users from the left-hand menu. This is where every colleague’s record lives.
Use the search bar to find the colleague you need. You can search by name, email or phone number, and the list narrows as you type.
When the colleague appears, click their name to open their record.
Their record opens on Basic Information. Three tabs run across the top: Basic Information, Reporting To and Support Document.
Click the Reporting To tab. This is where you set who the colleague reports to, and anyone already assigned is listed here.
Click Add Manager to open the search.
Start typing the manager’s name. When they appear, click Add next to their name.
Don’t forget this step. Click Save Changes in the top right. Until you save, the manager is not added. Once saved, you’ll see them in the Reporting To list.
