Livy is now part of our day-to-day support planning process.

Support plans and related documents are now uploaded and managed digitally through Livy rather than paper records. Please ensure that any information you add is accurate, professional, and reflects the support being provided.

As Livy is still new to iDirect, we are continuing to learn and improve how we use it. If something doesn’t look right, you encounter an issue, or you have suggestions that could improve the system, please let us know.

Support colleagues work mostly in the app. Managers use the Staff Portal. Both open in your browser.
